Team Registration at Intramural Office (V127):
Team registrations are accepted on or before the entry deadline (entry fee must be paid at this time).
Teams attempting to register after the entry deadline will be placed on a waiting list (no entry fee is accepted).
Cash or cheque are accepted for teams registering.
Once an entry fee has been accepted, an intramural receipt is issued to the individual who makes the payment.
Team registration information required:
Refund Deadline is April 30th of current year.
1. Player additions are done by adding the name of the player to the original roster submitted.
2. Include all required information, or the players may not show up on the game sheet.
