1. The activity supervisor will submit work hours to the program coordinator on a weekly basis.
2. Cheque requests will be processed and sent to accounts payable by the program coordinator.
3. Records will be kept by the program assistant as to what hours were submitted and when. Please check in the activities office (V205) or call 210-4228.
1. Schedules will be prepared by the activity supervisor.
2. Schedules will be posted outside the Campus Centre Activities office (V205) one week in advance. They will also be posted on the website at www.sait.ca/intramurals.
3. If you are unable to work a scheduled game, you must provide 48 hours notice to the activity supervisor, and should make a concerted effort to find someone to replace you.
